Selecting the right plan means deciding on the appearance, square footage and interior layout that works best for you. Schedule an appointment for a free estimate. This is also the time you will begin to work on financing with your lender.

Listed below are our most frequently asked questions with answers to help you along the way. A - We are not able to give custom quotes at this time. However, most of our Clients build from our standard plans sometimes with modifications for a lower square footage price than a custom design.
Financing

In order to build your new home, you will need a construction loan. With a construction loan, you will be able to add in the price of the home, the cost of your land, and any additional items you may need to get the land ready to build on. We would be happy to provide you with a list of Heritage Homes's approved mortgage lenders.
