Training will consist of several different aspects. It will include Throwing; Weighted Balls; Crossover Symetry Bands/Jaeger Bands; Weightlifting; Core, and Preventative Arm Care. Once the training is complete players will be provided with a routine to continue during the regular season. This will include light & weighted ball throwing, and preventative arm care drills/exercises as well.
