Staff not very attentive, Everytime I visit my mom she's still in bed or sitting in the chair in the room all by herself. Had the same clothes on for 2 day's I had to clean her up and bath her. Took her there with a blond wig now it's missing. They need activities for the client's.

I have been trying to contact my mom at the rehab center for the past three days, however, their phone lines are cut off. Besides the phone number provided to us in the welcome packet, I have tried multiple phone numbers that I have received calls from in the past month. None of them have voice mail boxes that are set up. Because of Covid, no one is manning the front desk and even when we have tried to just come to the facility to speak to someone, we have been unsuccessful. I will be contacting an attorney today this is scary, unprofessional, and negligent.

Sister tried to contact the nurse at 7 AM after missing a call from our father. Left message for the nurse to return her call. Still waiting. Never called back to let her know how he was doing. Havent been able to visit him for the first 3 days hes been there because of COVID restrictions. If anyone else has had problems with this center please post and let everyone know that this center doesnt care about their patients or their family.
