Came to Dr. Kim for the first time today because my dental insurance had changed, and this location was very close to my residence. The process to set an appointment was super easy, and I was given text reminders in advance. The woman at the reception was also the hygienist, she was super friendly and pleasant to be around, engaging me in conversation and disarming me of my general fear of dentistry.
