Mary Wang s the Co-owner of The Posture Bar and has been teaching Rehabilitative Movement for over 20 years. Mary Wang is a Certified Power Pilates Instructor, Vbarre Instructor, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, ASFA Certified Pilates Instructor, and Certified Pilates Coach Reformer Instructor with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

She is an expert who develops custom exercises and personalized sequences. Chiropractor Timothy Wang and exercise physiologist Mary Wang join forces at The Posture Bar, where they combine medically based treatments and PILATES REHAB CLASSES to adjust imbalances in the Neuromuscular system and promote better posture.
