We encourage all established patients to schedule e-visits, an audio/video visit you can do from the comfort of your home. Please call to schedule all e-visits and make sure your patient portal is set up. If needed you can come in to the office and we can assist you in setting everything up.

YourHealthFile patient portal, offered by Aban Care Clinic, is a convenient, secure health management tool you can use anywhere you have access to the Internet. It provides access to important information about you and your visit(s) to our clinic. Please remember that Lab and Ultrasound Fees are not included in our prices and you will be charged separately.

Medical services are provided and billed by Aban Care Clinic. Our providers participate in most all of the major health insurance plans in the region. Following are the health plans which we currently accept. Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.
