What is the minimum age requirement for participants?
One legal adult (18+) must accompany each group. No age restrictions for minors with adult supervision.
Can we book private sessions for special events?
Yes, all adventures are private. We accommodate weddings, corporate events, and birthdays with customized scheduling.
Are there different difficulty levels available?
We offer three tiers: Beginner (guided puzzles), Intermediate (multi-chamber challenges), and Advanced (self-guided complexity).
What should we bring to our escape room session?

As an avid escape room person, my group and I enjoyed our experience here! We did the marble mountain mystery room, and enjoyed the variety of puzzles the room had to offer. Unlike some escape rooms, the room offered a variety of puzzles to work on at a time (rather than a linear room that requires each puzzle to be solved before moving onto the next). Puzzles were challenging, although not the most difficult puzzles Ive encountered (7/10) for challenge. We didnt have a good experience since the beginning. The person that received us had a very bad attitude, the place had a heavy smell of marihuana. They had an ipad in the entrance for photos my daughter took 3 photos and the guy told her stop messing with it in a very rudely manner because it is for employees. I told him you should put a sign that says it is just for employees. Anyway we didnt get a chance to try it because we ask for a refund.

We've done lots of escape rooms and this particular one far exceeded our expectations! It was definitely worth the money. The room was well themed out, the puzzles were challenging yet able to solve. There were lots of surprises and interesting elements to the room. It was a little confusing getting to the escape room in the snow, because the booking office and the actual room are in two different places, but the booking agent was very helpful and even suggested where we could get free parking in a covered parking garage. We would definitely recommend this. Very professional and well thought out

Ive done both the intermediate and advanced rooms and had a great experience both times! Games are fun, engaging, and challenging. Zach is super nice and attentive to guests experience. Great customer service! Will definitely be back.

We went with a party of 6 and did the mine room. It was a great experience. The staff was friendly and got us signed in and started in a timely manner. They were engaged with us throughout the event as every now and then they would send us an update about something. They would only give clues if we asked. The mine room was rated as difficult but we finished it with 20 min left on the timer. Overall we had a ton of fun. They even printed a photo for us and sent us a copy on the phone as well.
