Key West Cakes was founded in 2001 by Paulie & Steven as a specialty cake bakery dedicated to equal parts creativity, presentation, and flavor. Starting small, with a small kitchen and tight-knit group of cake artists, Key West Cakes began in Paul's home kitchen. The rest has been a fairy tale success.
