Ive been calling everyday for about two weeks now to inquire about an apartment and no one ever answers the phone. I can tell the communication here is terrible already. They dont return voicemails either.

First thing they did when the pandemic hit was put a letter on everyone's door basically saying "don't care rent is still due"
During your tour they will tell you that the gym, pool and other services are part of your rent but never gave us a discount during 2020. The ladies sit in the office all day like they are vampires and rarely leave the office unless forced too.
Ghetto ugly landscaping everywhere. Might as well be a junk yard with all the cars that never move
They actually RAISED rent during covid
They keep the gates open practicality 24/7, so much so that

I absolutely love living here. Management is professional & helpful never had any issues. Its always so quiet & Peaceful.The maintenance is super friendly& always keep the apts super clean. & also super friendly neighbors too

I lived here for almost year and I want to say that it was the best living here. It was always very clean and quiet and I felt safe. To me, these are the most important aspects of living somewhere, it is to feel safe. Maintenance was always on time and got things done very quickly. Management and everyone on the office was friendly and understanding. Definitely going to miss living here. You will love it here. Don't look anywhere else.

Nice and clean environment. Very quiet too. I usually visit family here and I am always impressed. It's well maintained. The family I visit here have never complained about the Management, so I guess they are good too.
