Dr. Moy is a licensed clinical psychologist with over twenty years of experience in managed behavioral healthcare. He has served as the President and CEO of ABH since 2001. Dr. Moy has significant experience in public sector populations, as both a provider and manager of services, and has worked successfully with state agencies in Connecticut for many years.
