R & R Motel

In 1989 James and Norma Rice constructed a series of ground floor rooms adjacent to their home that they had built 22 years earlier. Creating an office and a second floor rental in their residence; they then began the R&R Motel. James has since passed, however, Norma remains your host while their eldest son Michael and his wife Laura carry the business into the future.

The R&R is known for providing comfortable rooms of unsurpassed cleanliness with friendly service at a value. All in a beautiful and relaxing setting. We encourage guests to enjoy the uniqueness of our property. A babbling brook meanders through old growth shade trees and under two different foot bridges before traveling to Betsie Bay.
