Great experience! Rick came out to our warehouse personally to talk with us about what types of racking would work best for our needs. He was friendly and professional, and made the whole process easy. Mustang's team delivered and installed the pallet racking the next week. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. It was way less expensive than I thought it would be, too!

Tried twice with MMH. First time was a large drive in rack job with installation. Rep came out and measured, then after several attempts to get quote, rep said estimating wasn't responding and he'd have to pass. Second time I responded to a FB post, unaware it was the same company. I talked to the first reps son, who wouldn't provide a written quote once he realized he had to compete on pricing. Apparently the racks he buys from the same manufacturer as everyone else are so much better, he doesn't need to compete. Stay away.
