Due to the complexity of our Pup Parent's varying schedules and the unique challenges of maneuvering through NYC in all climates, we reserve a two-hour window around the time of your scheduled walk.

We know you and your pooch are inseparable, but on the days you can't take your dog with you, Your regular walker can be your dog's side-kick and a familiar face while you're away. This service is offered in your home, and is based on availability. 7 or more days notice, full refund- For example, if your sitting is scheduled to begin at 12PM Friday, your cancellation must be received no later than 12PM the previous Friday for a full refund.
