A Parenting Coordinator (PC) is a mental health or family law professional who has had a minimum of 24 hours of PC training. They work as a neutral third-party professional to help high-conflict families minimize conflict and work together to co-parent more effectively. In North Carolina, a parent coordinator may be appointed by a judge or with consent of the parties in a high conflict custody case.

This center has been a valuable piece of my life, especially with the current situation of the pandemic. I’ve been able to meet with staff virtually while also working, which has been great. Staff is very knowledgeable on resources locally, having think tank conversations to solve issues, and outpouring support who become personal cheerleaders!
