I took my phone is repair because it was randomly was shutting down. I payed the $40 diagnosis fee, a full diagnosis was not done ,but a new battery was put in , I took my phone back to the Rohnert Park shop and they didn't look into the problem the young lady just ordered a new battery to replace the new one they had just put in. There is a 30 day warranty , but when I picked my phone up I was told if it didn't work it must be something else. Nothing more was done. I was out $80.00 for them to tell me they didn't know what was wrong with my phone. I called the Rincon Valley repair shop to

It was a little pricey but the customer service was impeccable. Took my cracked Samsung galaxy s21 ultra in to get a new screen. Had my phone back and in working order in under an hour. Would recommend this place to everyone.
