Welcome to Pak Rat Mini Storage in Durango located at the convenient intersection of Hwy 160 and CR 172. We are a locally owned storage facility with 230 units - 5x10s, 10x10s, 10x20s and 10x30s. All units are 10 ft high and have overhead doors secured by your padlock. Doors are 8' 6" wide x 6' 8" high. The property is fully fenced, paved and has video surveillance cameras and 24 hour access via your own gate code. Convenient location in Durango, close to Grandview and Elmore's corner.

New Tenant Special: Pay for your first 2 months in advance, get your third month for just $1!. A 5 X 10 foot storage unit is comparable in size to a walk-in closet. This would be a good size for a sofa, chair, dresser, and mattress to miscellaneous boxes and small items. A 10 X 10 foot storage unit compares to a large walk-in closet, or half of a one-car garage.
