Owning a successful dog walking and pet sitting company since 1997, Victoria heard from many clients what they loved and didn't love about boarding their dogs outside of the home. There was so much demand for dog boarding, really good dog boarding, that in 2008, Victoria and Alan came up with the concept for High Tail Hotel.

When we began to develop the concept of our own doggy daycare and boarding facility we kept coming back to 3 core fundamentals that have allowed us to thrive over the years. HEALTH: We all know how important health is in our lives. We believe that good health is just as important in our dog's lives.

To continue giving your dog a taste of home, we ask that you bring their personal food whether for a snack or a stay. Allergies are common these days so it's important to keep up their routine. We can accommodate all varieties (dry, perishable, homemade, etc) and we often store food for frequent visitors.

Our staff of carefully selected pet care professionals, most with dogs of their own, know how trying it can be leaving your best friend in the care of others. We make it a point to be sure your dog feels like High Tail Hotel is their second home. Above all, we ensure our guests are safe 24 hours a day.
