At that time, we had the Office, Building A, Building B and a strip of Outside RV Parking. In 2000 we opened up Buildings C and D. From 2001 to 2004 we built one building each year to complete 1st Street Storage. Las Palmas, located at 110 E Las Palmas, was a big construction job. We built the Las Palmas Retail Center and the Storage Office, Building A and Building B at the same time and opened in 2006.
In 2007 we built Building C. Then the great recession hit. It was almost 10 years later when we were able to build and open Building D in 2016. Once we were finished with building out our Las Plamas location, we started looking for a new site and picked the 167 Baldwin Road location. In 2021 we are looking to Build our next building and this one will have Climate Control.
