You're trying to figure it out or "fix" it, and maybe you've read the right books or even been to therapy, but still you struggle to make the changes happen.

Something feels like it's missing and you're not sure where to start. I'm an intuitive life coach who specializes in working with sensitive people who are ready to transform their overwhelming challenges into passionate strengths. About
Report
You're looking for someone who gets it, someone who's been there, someone who knows the way out. Through all the years I spent struggling with my mind and emotions, deep down, I always had this sense that there had to be a better way. A different way. I just had no idea how to get there, and if it was possible.
Work With Me
Report
You want to understand who you are, be able to focus on the things you actually care about, and have AMAZING relationships. You want to feel present, go with the flow, and not care so much about every little thing (that actually doesn't matter to you!). You wake up in the morning and your mind has already started searching for what you're supposed to worry about.
Cycle Magic
Report
Cycle Magic is a guidebook for women to all things cyclical, aimed at helping women break free from the limitations of trying to live life like a man, and start harnessing all that natural power that we have as cyclical beings. You can think of it like a treasure map to your own buried treasure that you didn't even know was there all along!.
WomanSpeak
Report
For many women, they find that the more masculine style of training in other speaking programs just doesn't speak to them. In WomanSpeak, we learn how to get into our bodies and speak from this place (not our heads). Many women join because they want to give better presentations at work or excel in public speaking.
