Help me with the problem I was having. Sold me some cleaning solution for my glass door, looks better but is 10 years old so may still have to get a new glass.

I should have read these reviews before hiring them. We ordered a new front for our fireplace and was told we would be called in 4 weeks to schedule the installation. Seven weeks later I called THEM and we set up a time. The guy (who did the original estimate and knew what the fireplace looked like and what we ordered) who came to do the work did not bring the correct materials. Fast forward, it has been over a week and no one has ever called to say when they will finish this job. Meanwhile I have the new fireplace front leaning against the wall. I had to put up a blanket to cover this gaping

Very, very poor service and they don't stand behind their products. Purchased a free standing gas stove five years ago. It stopped working the first year. Called and they came and "fixed" it. Repeat this for three years. This year, again, it doesn't work. Called and was told someone would call back. That was a month ago. Called again and was "disconnected". No one will return my call and whoever answers the phone can't help. Save your money and go to a different provider.

Treated you great while they were trying to sell you something and it was all downhill from there. Overall a very poor customer experience. We were treated much better by more than one fireplace store in the immediate area.
