Incredible work, I called them after seeing the company on a Google search for home theater systems, they sent out someone that day. Worked on setting up what I needed until 8:45pm, even setting up products I didn’t buy through their company. Easily the best service experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Michiana Home Theater gave us a consultation on a custom setup for our television and surround sound equipment. They have wonderful ideas and explained the whole process to us, also, they took our suggestions and implemented them into the design. The result is phenomenal!! Watching movies now is better than being in a movie theater!! Also, having the television off the floor freed up so much space that it is like having a totally new living room! We are extremely happy with the result and would recommend Michiana Home Theater to anyone.

I needed repairs to our home theater and some upgrading. Called this place and scheduled for Tuesday between 9 and 11. Never called never showed. I called them several times finally got an answer and was told it would now be between 3 and 4. Again never showed never called. I called again and was told maybe sometime this evening and then he stated why don't you just call someone else. Worst outfit ever.
