Stop by for lunch on 8-18-21 and must say worst experience ever. Brittney the manager on duty was yelling/ cussing at her staff and customers. Very rude and disrespectful. I ask to speak to the owner and she said thats not going to happen. Only bright was was the girl behind the counter Amanda very polite and friendly.

Daily special pot roast meat was tough. Vegetables were great. Turkey sandwich was good and fixed the way I like. Was was ok but not outstanding.

Pollack's is a must stop on any country drive through this small town, Falls City, Texas. Local deli meats, and a simple lunch menu and homemade foods will delight. Good value and delicious. It was Recommended by a review for the drive between san antonio and corpus christi. It was a highlight of our drive.

Tried to order 13 lunch plates at 8am in the morning to have ready by 12pm, they replied with youll have to wait around a while for it I asked why because that gives you 4 hours to prepare 13 plates. And then said Ill just call somewhere else thanks, then I heard her mutter something and hang up. Worst customer service Ive experience in a long time.

The sausage and Cole slaw was good. While the brisket did have a noticeable smoke ring, it was extremely lacking in flavor and had the consistency somewhere between boot leather and cardboard. If it weren't for the ice tea(which was good) the brisket would be impossible to eat.

Awesome food BBQ brisket sausage jerky potatoes salad the list goes u must try this place every thing here is made with love u must try a taste of Texas old school flavors passed on I will not say any more a must try when u are in this part of Texas the BBQ speaks for itself
