I am very upset with this place. We ordered a hot tub juzzi fr them in February 2021.And everytime we call them we get nothing but the run around.We can't even get a date as to when we will have it. I don't think that we .will be doing business with them again or even say anything good about them to any one.

We bought a 24ft Vogue above ground pool from the Gary's in Clarence back in 2001. After 19 years, the pool is as sturdy as ever & with the original liner. I just had to write in saying that this was one of the best buys we have ever made. We've enjoyed many summers in this pool & created alot of very happy memories. Thank you Gary's!

I've had a 16x32 pool for forty years. I bought a solar cover to replace the old one which was falling apart. They only last a few years. The new one was the lightest weight cover I ever bought. I put the cover on, turned on the pump and the cover started moving "downstream" Turned the pump off, and tried to adjust the cover so that the one end by the return was on the deck. It worked fine for about 2-hrs, then started moving again. Gary should not be selling this product!

I purchased a very expensive'Leisure Concepts' hot tub cover late last year. It has been broken since the day I picked it up. The shock, which holds the cover up, locks and you are unable to lower it. When I called to report the issue, it was as if I wasn't being honest about the issue. They did eventually agree to send me another shock, which I could then install. I pushed back on this because, I don't know, I just spent $2000 for a broken hot tub cover and I was expected to replace that part??? To their credit, they did send someone out. After about TWO MONTHS. So now we are

I always go to Gary's pools, they always have the parts I need. I've never had a bad experience and service is always great people are great. I was mystified by the people that reviewed them poorly, when I looked at the other reviews those people posted most were negative negative reviews, your constant complainers.
