Once you have the larger furniture in place, get over to Grossmont Center to pick out the rest. Plenty of shopping options await, and you won't have a hard time finding a good lunchtime menu while you're out. Having so many parks and schools nearby, the area is about as ideal for a family as you could hope for; and with the 125 freeway so close, getting out for the commute or on a daytrip is exceptionally convenient.

Moved in May... The experience has been good. The management has been great at answering and helping when we have had questions or issues. Maintenance has been good if situations arise. Overall moving here has been good. The fact we have two patios is also nice. Cassandra in leasing has been very helpful when my wife or I need some help with anything. One minor item is the onsite gym closes at 6pm when the office closes and is closed on Sundays so I am unable to use it because I get home later from work and would not have time to workout. Overall, we enjoying living here and recommend checking

Moved in back in May. The place is great, apartments are spacious. We used the pool all summer and plan on using the hot tub through the winter. Very quiet with ok neighbors. Cassandra in leasing is the best! She helps me with any questions or concerns even though she is mainly for leasing! The price comparison to other places locally is considerably better! I have recommended to others and will continue.

Visiting San Diego as I will be relocating in the Summer and stumbled on to this community. The staff was wonderful and I had the pleasure of taking a tour with the Property Manager. She was very attentive and understanding of my needs. Provided me the options that would fit me best while taking the time to answer all my questions. If this is how this property is ran from the top the trickle down effect is reassuringly pleasing. Thank you Colonnade I look forward to spreading the word to my colleagues and make this my new home in the near future!

I love my apartment, I've been at Colonnade for 4 years. This is by far the best management we have had. Jackie sends email updates on the property, which never happened before. Things get fixed very quick. David the repair man does an amazing job on any project. Everyone is super friendly. I love living here.

Our family has lived in the apartments since Oct 2018, and so far we have been really happy with the apartment complex. The property is VERY clean and is well taken care of by cleaners, gardeners, plumbers, and whoever else is normally coming to such places. I particularly like how the laundry room gets cleaned EVERY MORNING, which gives me a peace of mind when I wash my clothes using public amenities. Additionally, the pool gets cleaned every week and is heated at night and in winter. The neighbors are very nice too: we have a friendly community and many people know each other and check in often

I originally chose these apartments because they were close to where I previously lived. The grounds are well manicured. It is happily quiet on grounds and contiguous with a strip mall containing most essential stores. I have had only one concern since moving here in Sept. 2019. The parent company took too long to repair a drainage line from our set of four apartments. I believe, but don’t know, that they were reluctant to spend a large amount of cash on a recently bought property. Other than that, I have been extremely happy with the on-grounds staff. I've been here for almost five months. My toilet's clogged/overflowed three times. There's some water leak in the community they haven't been able to find and because of this the water gets shut off frequently so they can try and locate it.
I signed my paperwork the day before I moved in. The next day, two hours prior to move in, Corine (Community Director) told me that, although the leasing docs were already signed, they were increasing my security deposit to double what itoriginally was. The only thing I could do at the time was pay it.
