Rodney worked with his Grandpa Clay & Dad Dennis learning the family business and is now the third generation owner of Wideman Pools. He has perfected his craft and expertise in this field with 25+ years of hands on experience. He received his Bachelor's degree in business from Missouri Baptist University, where he also earned his MBA in 2009.

His wife Krystle is a local school teacher who enjoys participating in many community involvement projects. They have two children, Clayton and Estelle, and a tiny pup named Blue. Family time is the number one priority and much of it is spent in the backyard with the pool, firepit, and BBQ grill! Ron attended Linn Tech College where he received his certification as a Heavy Equipment Operator.

First, check out the areas we serve, all of the counties listed are accurate and we do not service outside of these areas. If you would like to schedule a consultation, we will need a plot plan or property survey emailed over to us first. This can be obtained by your building department or you may have a copy in your closing documents when you purchased your home.

How to Purchase a Pool

Please note, we do not sell just the pool shells to customers, per our agreement with the manufacturer. Contact your local building department for a copy, or check your closing documents from when you built or purchased your home. You can email it to us directly at info@widemanpools.com along with your address & contact information.

Below are pictures of many of our pools that are well over 20 years old. As you can see from the pictures, fiberglass pools are the only type of pool available that do not require expensive periodic renovations over their lifetime. Even after *almost* 40 years of this pool being fully operational, the finish has never been resurfaced or altered.
