Underwhelming platform. More expensive than similar products, but less valuable data, integrations, and features. Also very buggy.
Worst thing - their sales people do not stop emailing you no matter how many times you ask them to stop. I will be filing complaints with the federal regulatory bodies about their lack of respect for CAN SPAM.

Even I don't want to wish renew the subscription, They will renew without informing .I Should read reviews earlier. Also you can not find login section from their web page, once contact them they send me link for login.
once I login I start to check to see do they do their job. Unfortunately not, citation was not corrected as they promise. its complete scam.

Stay away from this company. I lost more than USD 2500 to this company.
1. The product is half baked. It was naive on my part to buy this product when it offered only 10 citations. There were sync issues and many a times, the citations created on 3rd party sites did not work. Most of the citations were on lesser known business directories and had little value.
2. They force you to pay for 10 locations at a time. After making the purchase, most of clients saw no value in it and stopped using it.
3. At the time of the cancellation, the card was billed an exorbitant value and I have no idea Why

Weve been with Synup for about a year and it has been awesome! Our agency has a lot of different clients with a lot of different needs and Synup helps us cater to all of them. Since we do take advantage of their white-label offerings, Synup has made sure that we are in the know with any new updates, features, or launches that will help benefit my clients. Lastly, they offer unlimited customer support which wasnt offered with the last vendor I was working with and it really did make all the difference with my onborading experience.

Pitiful customer service. It seems like we have a different rep every month due to the high turnover of employees. Failed to really make much of a difference in directory listings. After 11 months, it was virtually impossible to cancel services, and even when the notification was sent, they still charged us more than the agreement. The training was difficult to arrange and never completely fulfilled. My advice is to save your money and use another company if you are going to "white-label" or re-sell this kind of service.
