They were able to get me in last minute when everyone else was booked up. The receptionists are so kind and I have had no problem at all with my psychiatrist. They are very professional and genuinely care about you getting better.

They terminated my car because I missed 3 appointments in 1 year. I do not recommend this place to anyone , they refused to let me come back even though I had a reason for all 3 missed appointments.

Place is unprofessional! motivated by money and will lie to you! They push medicine and they dont listen to whats important, or even helping, AT ALL! They will drop you and give you the run around EXAMPLE. My insurance switched, told they would work with me and I was making payments. Office manager would call have to call me back whenever I would ask why they were billing me for something my insurance was suppose to cover. I called my insurance and they me they covered it and sent me documentation!! Then when I reached out to them, also sent information per email. They will

I dont know what they do at the front office all day, but it sure isnt working or taking care of their patients. They neglected to inform me my doctor left the practice and I am entering my third week without medication because they cant get it together.

I loved my therapist and the PA I was seeing here. They were very helpful and were able to get me stable with meds and a treatment plan that worked for me, something Ive been looking for and have needed for a few years. That being said, I was dropped as a patient with the letter stating that I wasnt making it to appointments on time, which was not true. When I called they said I was a no show for too many appointments but I called and rescheduled for the 2 appointments I had to miss due to work.
