As everyone knows by now we are in the heart of East Texas, where in the early morning hours of 2/1/03 we lost our beloved astronauts. To honor them, the name of the new lake they are building a mile away, has been changed from Lake EastTex to Lake Columbia. We have the Texas Basket Factory right here in Jacksonville, as well as golfing, Mud Nationals, and Lake Jacksonville.
Activities

We welcome all kinds of pets here, and have lots of woods for you and them to roam on (as long as you scoop the poop). Pets should remain on a leash and in your control at all times when in the park area. We have campfire rings for s'mores, hot dogs, singing or just listening to scary stories. Many guests have barbecues and/or smokers, and there are picnic tables in various areas for socializing.
