This company cares nothing about the employees. They pay people decent as a fare for the right to treat them like trash. The ower seems pretty good although his son is in charge, which is gonna run the company in the ground because he cant keep his cool or swollow his pride. Well i could go on and on but ill leave you with this.....DONT!!!! JUST DONT!!!

Come on down to Tri Coating and Machine!! Do you want late parts? Parts that are wrong? Do want horrible customer service? Do you want not to be cared about as a customer? Then come on down to TSC or give us call and let our incompetent staff tell you tell you a bunch of lies and treat you horribly. But wait there's more! Do you want a horrible job? Where your supervisors work you like dogs. Where they make make changes to your benefits for the worst. Where people that use to be a great human being, now turn to a money hungry tyrant! Where office workers and supervisors say they are Christians
