I have been working in the dental field for 37 years now. In the beginning I was an orthodontic assistant and went on to further my education and became a dental hygienist. I graduated from the dental hygiene program at Cypress College in 1981. I joined the team at Dr. Middleton's office in 2001.
Each step of the way, I have enjoyed seeing the progression of dentistry and working for Dr. Middleton has allowed me to keep up with the latest in dentistry.Alongside my fellow team members, I volunteer each year for the Project Kind's "Give Kids a Smile" program. It's very rewarding to see the kids smiling faces once we help them out.

A routine dental checkup is more than just cleaning your teeth. We check for tooth decay, plaque and tartar build-up, and gum disease. We also check for oral cancer. We now know that the health of your mouth can affect your overall health. Poor oral health has been linked to an increased risk for heart attack or stroke, uncontrolled diabetes, respiratory disease, and low birth weight or pre-term babies.
Dental implants are usually the treatment of choice to replace a missing or several missing teeth. With today's technology, we can implant a space age material, titanium, into the jawbone to anchor a tooth, bridge or even a denture. Implants look and feel natural and they actually stimulate bone growth.

Let's just start by saying that I haven't been to the dentist in years until a friend referred me to Dr. Middleton. He was so nice and thorough when I first met him. He made me feel at ease and that was important to me. So he recommended some steps to get me on the right track with my teeth and honestly I didn't want to. I have gone to Dr. Middleton since for about 20 years. I recently tried going to another dentist in the area where I moved to and was told I had a lot of work that needed to be done. I was very surprised because Dr. Middleton had not mentioned these issues to me the last time I was there. I went back to Dr. Middleton for a second opinion and he disagreed with almost all of the work that I was told needed to be done. It would have been easy to just agree and have me pay the money for the work, but he was honest with me as usual.

I would totally recommend Dr. Middleton for anyone who wants their teeth fix and clean. I had a very bad experience with another dentist before to the point I never wanted to go to a dentist again. But Dr. Middleton reassured me that him and his staff will take care of me and my teeth. They were right! Dr Middleton and his staff took care of my filling and cleaned them. whenever I had discomfort they would communicate and have patience with me the whole time to make sure I was ok like they were going with my pace. Hands down the best Dentist in the area. Dr. Middleton utilizes the latest technology and methods and makes sure that you are completely taken care of. Might cost a little more than other dentists (and I'm a cash patient!) but in my opinion it's completely worth it for the care and comfortable atmosphere. Never had an issue. Highly recommend Dr. Middleton and his staff. Also 5 stars for Megan who does my cleanings.

An overall amazing first experience. Warm and welcoming front office staff with a beautiful reception area that offered coffee and juice.
Nan explained everything very thoroughly and professionally and left me with no questions unanswered. She even scheduled my appointment with a specialist I was recommended to see at another office. The back office staff was very sweet and friendly as well. Taking a full mouth of X-rays is never fun, but I can actually say it was a pleasant experience. Dr. Middleton was very genuine and caring. I can actually say I found an awesome dentist and office! Yayyy!

I don't know where to start....everyone at this office are genuinely good people and take pride in what they do and are as professionals. I have never felt more comfortable at another dentist and I also know I am in good hands. I trust what they do, their work, and what they recommend. So I walk into this absolutely GORGEOUS office to the smell of fresh coffee and perfume. I am already hooked. The staff greets me by name and makes me feel welcome and safe. They are so knowledgeable! Did I mention how beautiful the office is?! I meet with Nan, Lorena, and Carla and man did feel like a special patient! Then I meet with Dr. Middleton, he could tell I was nervous, and he made me feel 100% at ease. Susan-the RDA was amazing! Fantastic! It is rare when both dentist and office staff are both excellent - but this is the case at Dr. Middleton's office. His staff are knowledgeable and courteous and they are very good at putting people at ease who don't like going to the dentist. Dr. Middleton is very knowledgeable and gentle and explains everything so that there are no questions regarding the care being given. He is excellent at dealing with both geriatric and non-geriatric patients and understandings that sometimes things have to be explained more than once and never gets upset when the same question is asked

My childhood memories of visiting the dentist were never happy. But, I'm delighted to say that Dr. Middleton has totally provided a new experience with wonderful treatment. I'm of an age (71) that has provided me with a childhood of poor dental health and a mouthful of old fashioned dental work. I sought out a new dentist when I moved to the area and gratefully was referred to Dr. Middleton by a friend. Together we are now looking at saving my teeth and updating my dental care. I have been a patient of Dr Middleton's for nearly a year. His practice is impressive on many levels. I was looking for a dentist with modern equipment. He certainly did not disappoint. My lower teeth were cracked and broken. I have veneers on the upper front and wanted the bottom to look nice as well.
The doctor brought in an expert dental technician who made ten crowns while the dr. Prepared my lower teeth. They turned out beautifully and are a perfect match to my top ones. All in one sitting which is what I preferred.

I have been a patient of Dr. Middleton's for several years now and have always had a positive experience! The office is clean and very presentable with complimentary refreshments and wifi available. Dr. Middleton and his staff are attentive, respectful, and kind, and have always provided me with excellent care. Called to schedule an appointment as a first time patient. As soo i as i said that, the receptionist was rude like if she's never had someone called as a new patient in her life. After her being rude, i asked what the cost was for a first time patient for an exam + x rays like most Dentist have some sort of special to get new customers, and she just said our fee for everyone is $200 for the exam + x-rays. Wow, that's ridiculous! Their prices must be outrageous, won't be going here. Again, the start only reflects on the

About 1.5 years ago my husband (who has been going to Dr. Middleton forever) finally convinced me to get my act together and go to the dentist...
I figured since my mouth was in a world of pain daily that I was in for a horrible visit. Well I needed a ton of work and Dr. Middleton sat down and developed a plan to fix everything ...including some meds to calm my nerves :-)
I won't say now I love going to the dentist...but I am sitting here completely calm and all alone...since I needed a support team for the last bunch of work.
