Trying to get an infusion today. It should take 2.5 hr. 2 hr later and we're still waiting on the pharmacy. It takes 2 minutes to mix. They've done two people ahead of me. This is pathetic. Bring me the supplies and I'll do it myself. They need to hire some people.

Voids valley is definitely a death trap! The staff is slow the doctors are incoherent!! They do not care about black people at all! They judge people from the time they walk through the door! If your not white and insured by the best insurance company they show favoritism!! The only staff member that was alert and helpful is Ms. Sabrina who works in the front! We sat in the waiting area for almost two hours with no help! They should be shut down! The only help there is the security! I will be back to add names of doctors and staff that where no help at all! If you need help go to Birmingham not
