It's been almost 12 months since we signed the contract ( during COVID 19 time ) and was well assured by sale executive to get the work done in 4-5 months max . First it took almost 6 months to get the approval from the city with the plan ( partial delay from city ) but also because of inaccurate / completeness of documentation . We as owner had to constantly follow up with almost no communication from pool company during this time . After the permit it's been 6 months with phases and we keep getting moving targets .. all we get to know in the recent communications is " pool company facing unforseen

I would strongly recommend you to find another company to build your pool . Main reason: Delays, delays, delays and delays. No schedule. No commitment. Poor communication. So much stress for my family. I wish we never had made business with this company

I have to say that I love my pool. In the end, the pool is absolutely beautiful. I struggled in the beginning. The process took so long and it added so much stress. But in the end, the result is perfect. I believe you don't judge a company by how they start, but by how they finish. I love my pool!
