I made one appointment (I used the online scheduler, and because the system is simple and is unable to do multiple services at the same time, I had to change my appointment times around two times to get multiple services at around the same time frame. This all happened within a 30 minute time frame). I simply hung up because I didnt hear anyone on the other end. Saying that I just dont care is extremely rude. You wont take any appointment from me over a simple misunderstanding.

This spa is so inviting and friendly! We were visiting and was looking for a local spa for a manicure/pedicure. So glad we found this one that was close! We had Sandy who did both my mom and I services. She is so sweet and professional! It was definitely relaxing! We'll be back!

I have always enjoyed my facials here and Sandra is amazing! I decided to get a pedicure and manicure last week. Sandy did a good job considering how short and damaged my nails are. However, the owner was very rude and asked us both to stop speaking because her client had a headache and we were making it worse. I have never had this happen at an spa before and I definitely won't go back. Very sad because I love Sandra and will miss my facials here

As soon as I walked into this place they had me go wash my hands before picking a color for my pedicure, and I'm glad they're taking these kinds of precautions to help stop the spread of germs. I loved the music they were playing while I waited, and when it was time for my treatment, I did not expect the level of hospitality and friendliness! Sandy is a delight! Not only am I happy with the pedicure, she took her time, explaining what she was doing if I had questions, and the job didn't feel rushed to the point of sloppiness. I'll be returning again!

This place is terrible. The owner was extremely disrespectful and rude. The way she spoke to us was hostile. I was afraid for her to touch me to do my treatment. I have never been treated so bad at a spa! How is this place open?

The massage lady was super awesome. The other lady that was doing someones nails acted like we were upsetting her space and was not overly friendly.

Very clean, cautious (in light of COVID) facility...you will be greeted with a temp check (for everyone's safety). For massage, check-in involved a simple, one-page questionnaire for an overall health check. Kathy was prompt, and her 20 years of experience was spoken with her hands..I felt like I'd disappeared to another stratosphere for an hour! I will definitely be back to see Kathy. And as soon as facials are resumed, those too!
