Influenced by my father, who is a plastic surgeon in Korea, I knew from an early age that I would pursue a career in healthcare. I really love being a dentist.

Recently I became a patient and couldn't be happier. From the time I stepped in the door to the genuinely welcoming staff all the way through the Dr's exam which didn't feel like judgement about my truly lacking habits, but concern for my future well being. They got me in right away for a cleaning as well (it was long overdue) and I again felt like the recommendations for better habits weren't judgment but really caring for me as a person.

I love Dr Park and the entire staff!! Every time I come here everybody’s very nice, friendly & treats me with respect. The staff is very knowledgeable and is always able to get me estimates for my treatments. I am always able to get in on time at my scheduled appointment times, even with the new Covid protocols, it’s not an inconvenience to make it to my dentist appointment!! I appreciate JP dental and would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Dr.Park, the staff, and the office are all wonderful. Dr.Park is exceptional. He is meticulous and detailed, but also quick as he is clearly very skilled and practiced in his technique. The hygienist is very friendly, and put me at ease right away. She is through, and answer my questions, and really care doing a good job. I am confident referring people to the office.

The girl working front desk was very nice. She got me an appointment as soon as possible.
The assistants were really nice as well. My favorite assistant is named Jackie. She knows how to speak Spanish, and knows how to explain to you your situation very well.
The doctor is nice as well and is honest with you.
The service was fast and sometimes some offices take a really long time to attend you.
Another thing, they take their COVID precautions serious. So that made me feel safe.

I recently switched to JP Dental, and I am really glad I did! Anytime I have had an appointment the staff is always on time and really quick. I am used to my dentist office taking forever and always running really late, so it is nice to know that I will be seen at the time I booked my appointment. The office staff is really great and I love that I can communicate with them via text. It makes scheduling so much easier! Just make sure to always respond to the reminder texts or they will cancel your appointment, which I think is totally understandable and probably saved them the headache of no shows

This is an amazing office. Everyone you see greets you with compassion and kindness. Melissa is a Gem! Makes you feel like your visiting an old friend. Doctor Park is upfront and trustworthy. I never feel like I'm being pushed or persuaded, no up selling. They genuinely care about the care you receive.
Highly recommend them to anyone in search of a caring practice where your not treated as a "sale".

Best Dentist I’ve ever had in Reno. I called for an appointment and I got assisted quickly. Took me one day to come in and do some procedures. Special shout out to MARIA! She’s very nice and very gentle. I definitely felt that I am in good hands. Had my root canal treatment with Dr. Park, it went well and he explained everything thoroughly. Also, a clean and comfy clinic and has a good relaxing music playing to calm your anxiety. They deserve a 10/5 ⭐️

I been to 2 or 3 different clinics and so far JP dental is the best one. Customer service 5 stars. They remind you (call or text) before the appointment. You asked them anything and they always get back to you. My hygienist is very kind and she talked to me and give me an advice what to take and do. I recommended this place to my friends so far they don't have issues. Keep it up! 😊👌

Dr. J. Park and his staff are absolutely incredible! I have to say Dr. Park he is the kindest, most compassionate, and fantastic dentist I have ever been to. JP Dental Care staffs treat you like your family and make the environment one you want to go back to. I have a plan to move my two children to this dental care. I had a appointment and I needed to reschedule due to a baby sitter situation cause I don't think they would have appreciated me dragging 3 kids in there dental office. They then play there stupid game about charging you for missing a appt it was a emergency situation then they wanna say oh we will waive it this first time but next time we're gonna charge you. Uh no thanx if y'all are just going to nickel and dime me for everything I'll find a different dentist no problem lol. So if you wanna go to a dentist where they charge for every time

Recently moving to Reno, my husband had a dental emergency. Thanks to Dr Park and staff and a regular schedule that includes Saturdays, my husband was treated quickly. Since then, we both have become regular patients. Dr. Park is gentle, thorough and explains status and possible treatment options well. Hours are great, Office is clean and staff is friendly. We highly recommend.

I had my first appointment at JP Dental today and had a great experience. Dr Park and his DA took absolute perfect care of me, even fixing my issue at no charge! I also really appreciated their explanations of my dental insurance to me in understandable and full detail. I'm so glad I found and tried JP Dental, and I would 100% definitely recommend them!

I have nothing but great things to say about JP Dental. I like that they take the time to fully explain everything that needs to be done, and gives you a price. When I get work done, they will ask me if I need to take a break and if everything is alright. I highly recommend them. Nice staff, and clean office.

Dr park was very professional and he takes great care of my children's teeth. He explained the treatments to me and also to them very thoroughly. His staff is nice and very courteous and his facility is very clean. I have been to numerous dentists in the area and he is by far my favorite and I will continue to go to him. I also like his availability for scheduling appointments it was very convenient for me.

Today was my first visit. My husband referred me and I couldn't be happier! I know that's a strange thing to say, but everything was explained from the moment I checked in to the time I made my next appointment.
The first visit is always the longest because of the x-rays. They don't use the "usual" technique of having you bite down on the large retainer. It's much smaller and more comfortable. The hygienist went over the rays with me and said I needed a deep cleaning. The first thought was "Noooo!! Not the scary drill!" Rest assured... They don't use
