However, if you are expecting an important call that can not wait, you may have your phone at the machine & are free to step out of the class to take the call. We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for group classes and a 24 hour cancellation policy for private classes.
If you can't make your class, it is your responsibility to cancel or let us know at least 12 hours (for group classes) or 24 hours (for private classes) before the start time of your scheduled class or you will lose the session and be charged a fee.We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, but we need to be strict to be fair to all clients.
