If your lesson falls on one of those days, you were not charged for it on your November invoice. If you need to cancel any other dates, please submit the required online cancellation form. Unlike most programs, Farber Swim School offers private lessons and doesn't enforce arbitrary "levels." This allows our teachers to tailor every lesson to each individual student's needs.
Our students enjoy the freedom to progress at their own pace. They can keep building on basic skills while at the same time start pushing forward in their areas of strength. Adam Farber grew up swimming under the warm Arizona sun. He started competing at a young age, and his passion for the sport grew over the years and eventually led him to teaching and coaching professionally. For many years he worked as team coach, instructor, and coordinator of numerous swim programs in Arizona and later in Nevada and Oregon.

Here at Farber Swim School, we pride ourselves on having a fun and energetic staff who love the water and love to teach! Adam has been around pools all of his life. He grew up in Phoenix, Arizona where he started swimming competitively at the age of 5. He swam through high school and then afterward began teaching lessons for Hubbard Family Swim School.

These lessons are for children and adults of any background, experience, or ability level. Our office does not facilitate creating semi-private groups, but we do have a Facebook page for swimmers to find each other! Note: Unlike our Baby & Me classes, no parents join private lessons in the water. At 3 years old, students need direct interaction with instructors in order to stay focused, establish trust, and optimize learning.
Baby & Me

These classes are for children ages 4 months-35 months of any background, experience, or ability level. FSS offers over 50 baby classes, 6 days a week! We divide our Baby & Me into two age groups: Guppies (4 months-17 months) and Minnows (18 months-35 months). This division is strictly according to age (and attendant motor and communication development), not swim experience.
