Positive:Responsiveness
We called about a leak near our chimney -- suspected it was the chimney and not the roof. They reviewed pictures we sent by email, provided a preliminary estimate and quote and came out to do the work within a week. Very responsive, professional and easy to work with!

They were considerate to our familys needs to have an issue resolved and repaired, rather than trying to upsell us on a completely new fire system. Prices seem steep....we had what appeared to be a leak on ceiling near fireplace. He came out and painted on some sealer and it was $450!
