My name is Emily Smyka-Ingalls and I am the founder and CEO of Ingalls West Coast Soccer Academy. I wanted to start this program because I saw first hand how much we need a soccer program that is professionally staffed, but does not break the bank.
After coaching for many years at various soccer companies, I noticed how so many parents were struggling to get their kids into these very expensive soccer programs that were then only run by young inexperienced coaches.They were focused on keeping the coaching staffs cost down, while they would then charge a fortune for a camp or clinic.

We host players from kindergarten to fifth grade that are wanting to learn basic soccer skills, teamwork, and a love for the sport! My name is Emily Ingalls and I started West Coast Soccer Academy in 2016. I grew up in a family that loved competitive sports, especially soccer! I started playing soccer when I was three years old and later played competitively throughout high school and into college. I played at Clackamas Community College for two years and then for my final year at Western Oregon University.
