Dr. Ghausi practices out of Los Robles Hospital and The Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital. His office is conveniently located adjacent to Los Robles Hospital. Dr. Ghausi is currently Chair for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is active on the Quality Care Committee, Credentialing Committee and Trauma Committee at Los Robles.

We take pride in running on schedule. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Occasionally, an emergency sets us behind but we do keep our patients informed of delays and offer alternative appointments if the doctor is unavailable. You can also complete this paperwork in our waiting room but we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time for this.
