This is an excellent orthodontic center. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The doctors are kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable. All of their equipment and techniques are up-to-date. The facility is very clean and pleasant to be in. They offer many incentives for their patients to adhere to the rigours of wearing braces.

This has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. They were so accommodating through Covid. The whole process was seamless and the office was always friendly. Anytime I needed to reschedule or had concerns they were quick in responses and always helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. And - my teeth are PERFECT

I would give this location a perfect 5 based on the service of the Dental Assistant & Dr's & cleanliness & quickness of the office.
However the issues I have had with the insurance person & how rude she has been to me & totally argumentative & unhelpful. She billed my insurance 2x's the amount she should have & was totally unwilling to help, even after I had spent a good 30-45 mins in office discussing how the payments would be made PRIOR to this. She told me there was nothing she could do to help me & that what I was told, wasn't written in my contract & for me to show her where it was written

Garn and Mason is the best orthodontic center. The staff are committed to great service and were always so friendly. The doctors are very knowledgeable and personable. The office atmosphere is fun and they have many fun incentives for the kids meeting treatment goals. I have had two daughters go through treatment here and soon a third. Dr. Mason and Dr. Garn have made our daughter’s first experience with braces super easy. The entire staff is friendly, upbeat, caring, and genuinely enjoy working with each patient. I have been with Garn and Mason for more than 5 years and I am so happy with my results. I was not blessed with the best genetics and now I can’t stop staring at my smile. We’ve had 3 kids go through braces with Garn and Mason Orthodontics and couldn’t be happier. The entire staff is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure our twins had appointments together which is very helpful when you’re juggling multiple kids, schools, and sports. When we had a bracket break (which only happened twice) we were seen within a day. 10/10 would recommend them! I have 3 beautiful smiles and one more “waiting to straighten”.

Amazing people at Garn & Mason Orthodontics! We are visiting from the Seattle area and it's New Years Eve and my son who is supposed to be in rubber bands 23/24 hours a day, forgot his bands at home. He called Garn & Mason and they said he could come in and pick some up!! The person who answered the phone was extremely kind and understanding of our situation!! Thanks a million!!!

The service at Garn and Mason was excellent! My daughter had a lot of anxiety around the procedures involved in getting braces and had a lot of difficulties with loose teeth. The staff was very compassionate and also straightforward with her, which made her able to trust them. She just finished her first phase of braces and we are thrilled with the results!

I have had the pleasure of being both a parent of a patient and being the patient at Garn and Mason Orthodontics. My experiences both times were great! When Dr. Garn saw my daughter through her braces, he and his office staff were always very positive and friendly and willing to explain to my daughter, who was 8 at the time, what to expect during each visit.
