BST dispatches over 100 trucks. Our fleet is made up of both company vehicles and owner operators.

BST values our employees and offers a competitive compensation plan for our drivers. We offer a percentage based pay scale: 20% to 24% for van drivers and 24% to 26 % for flatbed drivers. Flatbed drivers earn $50 for load tarping out of the Wilmington terminal. The majority of trips are considered regional which is a 500 to 600 mile radius from the London area.
