Lost river RV is primarily a long-term park that works well for temporary resident workers and family members. It offers a quiet, peaceful lifestyle and easy access to area industries, attractions, fishing and events. Immediate Access to I-10 east or west is just 400 yards to the south and downtown Houston is a 30 minute drive to the west. Small to large Storage buildings are available to rent on site at discounted prices to our residents.
Services
Lost River RV LLC is family-owned and operated right here in Baytown, TX. Since our park opened in 2006, we've treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other campgrounds offer similar services, but our services come with a personal touch and on-site resident management. In 2015, we added a nature trail to the river park and 18 new sites.
The South Park addition was completed and opened in December of 2016. It features Jumbo lot sizes. Most are 30' in width and at least 50' in length. Roads are 35' wide concrete with center drainage to help keep lots dry. It is enclosed on the south and west sides by self storage buildings ranging in size from 10' X 10' to 15' X 45'.

Monthly Rental rates do not include charges for park services which include maintenance of all park property and equipment, roads, street lights, well and waste water treatment, Trash disposal, Resident Park Management and the infrastructure to deliver water, sewer, electricity, and Wi/Fi to each park resident.
Registration for monthly rates require a $150 security deposit. You may move or cancel registration at any time. We may cancel your stay at any time for any reason. Up to 3 days free rent from the reservation date until arrival is allowed when the park is full. More may be negotiated when we have more than 5 sites available.
