Went into the store and had more than an amazing experience. I'm someone who likes luxury items / good items, but only if they have correlating quality. Not only do GL items have amazing quality and craftsmanship, but the employees and team of the brand are AMAZING. I was dealing with Ky & Anna who didn't try to sell me anything, but I walked out with 3 pairs of sunglasses. They were more friendly than sales people, which I think speaks volumes of the brand. Thank you Ky & Anna, you guys made my face look good in the sun :)

I bought a few pair of glasses from here and I would say the experience is far beyond my expectation! I recently purchased Mr.Leight glasses, and later found out that there's a crack that I didn't notice when I purchased them. Olivia and Cayetano were able to assist and they quickly ordered a replacement frame without much questions and at no additional charge. That's the beauty of buying these frames at a boutique! This place definitely deserve more 5 star reviews and I will come back for another pair / clips

Cayetano at this location is amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure that I left the store happy. He is a true stylist and helped me for over 30 minutes picking out the right pair of glasses. Beyond that, he was able to accommodate delivery times (for a gift and for myself) over the holiday season. I will absolutely be back to work with him when it's time for another pair of glasses. Set up an appointment with him!

Cool employees. Nice design but is a retail scam, paying $330 for a product that shatters like glass when falling onto pavement from your face in 2 yrs. time. Im 2/2 in this experience. DO NOT DARE to flip these on your head because I guarantee they will break on the bridge if you drop them the 2nd time. Never happened to my other 3 plastic pairs or $10 sunglasses. Im not the only one here. As a professional product designer and actual maker of rich ppl furniture, its appalling and a common problem where these young designers markup chinese frames at Italian acetate prices.. own it, get out

I rarely write reviews, but in this case (given the other negative reviews) I feel obliged. I bought a pair of sunglasses here 3 years ago, and when they recently broke I brought them in to be repaired. Olivia totally hooked it up, fixed them overnight, and was shocked when I asked if I had to pay for the repair. Totally free, easy, and a great customer service experience all around. Wooo!

You know when you but that pair of glasses you simply adore -- the ones that are your lifetime favorite -- those are the ones I got at Garrett Leight -- until the day a friend backed her car up over them. The style had come and gone and I thought oh well -- I was going to have to flow with the river of change.
