Services
Pain Management
Our comprehensive pain management approach addresses chronic and acute pain through personalized treatment plans. We combine advanced medical techniques with holistic evaluations to identify root causes rather than masking symptoms. Patients receive tailored solutions incorporating interventional procedures, regenerative therapies, and conservative treatment options.
Regenerative Medicine
Regenerative medicine treatments stimulate natural healing through platelet-rich plasma and stem cell therapies. These advanced solutions target tissue repair and joint regeneration for conditions like osteoarthritis and sports injuries. Our protocols utilize concentrated growth factors from patients' own blood or bone marrow for safe, effective recovery.
PRP Therapy
PRP therapy uses concentrated platelet growth factors to accelerate tissue healing and reduce inflammation. This outpatient treatment effectively addresses musculoskeletal pain, tendon injuries, and joint degeneration. The procedure involves blood extraction, plasma concentration, and targeted injection at the injury site.
Stem Cell Therapy
Stem cell therapy harnesses regenerative cells from bone marrow to repair damaged tissues and joints. This innovative treatment option benefits patients with osteoarthritis, ligament injuries, and chronic pain conditions. The process involves harvesting, concentrating, and injecting stem cells to promote natural tissue regeneration.
Interventional Procedures
Our interventional procedures include targeted injections for pain relief and diagnostic purposes. Treatments like epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, and joint injections deliver medication directly to affected areas. These minimally invasive techniques provide rapid relief for back pain, neck pain, and other chronic conditions.

I came here as a last resort as Ive been struggling with chronic pain for years, but was nervous due to the reviews. Every staff member Ive encountered have been so nice, and both doctors are amazing. Dr. Harmer was able to identify the cause of my chronic pain after one visit, and started treatment immediately after. He even had a plan for what wed do if the initial treatment didnt work. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Harmer for about 2 years and have nothing but praise for the entire office and staff. I have had no negative encounters with anyone in this office. I would recommend him to anyone who is having pains that they are looking for relief from. In response to Mr. Ryans review, I was in the office at the time he came with his wife. She was not wearing a mask, the office staff was very courteous even though he was extremely rude, there were several people wearing masks, and groups that were not family did maintain distance from one another. Mr. Ryans review is not accurate

Interesting. I have 4 kids, a wife, parents, grandkids. So Im in a lot of doctors offices. This is a cramped and crowded waiting area. Not one person, staff or people waiting are wearing masks. I asked at the front desk and they said they dont require masks if youve been vaccinated. I asked how she knew if anyone had been vaccinated because that wasnt asked of me or my wife who is the patient. She said, Sir I dont set the protocols for the office. Wow. Horrible. I went to the car. She said I couldnt wait in the car. Unbelievable Office. If I was the patient Id walk out

Each visit the front office, nurses and providers are so friendly and helpful. They were able to get my pain under control and manageable. The office is run very professionally all while making great relationships with their patients. They understand and listen to all of my concerns.

I am not a patient at this facility but I did drive someone there today that is a patient. I had to wait for her in the lobby while she had her procedure. I would like to respond mostly to Richard who posted about no one having masks on in the waiting area. I was there at the same time as this man and his wife. He was belligerent and rude. While I was in there I saw 3 or 4 people with masks on. The waiting area is small but I saw no one from different parties sitting within 6 feet of each other. I was in the waiting area for about 45 minutes. I think the staff in the front office was professional

Dr. Balderamos is great when seeing him. However, the office staff...that's a whole different story. The office manager is horrible. As well as one of the PA'S. Supposed to be professional yet far from it...and once report concerns and stand up for yourself..and not allow to be treated rudely or have raised voice where anyone in waiting room can hear what you've had done there...and request/refuse to interact with that employee...you get dismissed. Their childish 'clicks' are like grade school tactics. Dr. Balderamos is good...but not worth having to deal with the office staff..Brittany is polite
