Lee Academics
Lee Academics tutors many students from Fremont Unified, New Haven Unified School district and the private school in the bay area. We are well versed with the teachers in these school districts/private schools and their policies. Mamie will create a course plan tailored to your learning style and math teacher's program.

SAT and ACT students will also receive personal input and lessons structured to their particular needs. Mamie: I was born in Hong Kong, but my native language is math. My first words must have been numbers. I have always excelled at and loved math. In the 3rd grade, I felt insulted when my teacher reported to my mother that I talked during math lessons: I was teaching the students around me and doing her job!

SAT Critical Thinking Prep Course Winter
Report
Our SAT Critical Thinking course description: In this course, we will sharpen the essential reasoning skills that students need to succeed in high school and beyond. We will develop their abilities to read passages quickly and efficiently, identifying which parts are most important.

We will also teach students to approach texts as critics, and not simply passive observers, showing them that understanding what an author is trying to do is only a starting point, and that true comprehension involves being able to identify the author's successes and failures. We will place a heavy emphasis on logic and mathematical reasoning.
ACT Critical Thinking Boot Camp – Spring
Report
The 50-minute essay is scored separately from the multiple-choice portions of the test (your essay score doesn't affect your Evidence-Based Reading and Writing score). The 650-750-word essay prompt asks you to read a passage and analyze the argument that is presented. The maximum essay score is a 24, and the minimum is a 6.
