I learn something new every time I go into FD Market. Whether it's about sustainability or running a business, the owner, Jackie, is a well of knowledge. Her passion for what FD Market provides is so evident in all she does in person and online. Her desire for growth is encouraging and obvious. Cannot recommend this business enough!!

Great selection (and always growing!) along with very helpful and knowledgeable staff! I was thrilled to see a zero-waste store in my area! the shop is clean, organized, and very aesthetically pleasing. They allow you to bring in any clean, dry bottle to fill up, but you can also purchase new bottles there. It’s truly the hidden gem of the Lehigh Valley!

A super cute store if you're into anything/everything sustainable! They offer a great re-fillery with all types of soaps, detergents and even toothpaste tabs. They also carry a ton of very cute gifts, and near the holidays they have little christmas tree and pinecone candles made w/ local beeswax. Def worth a visit.

I was so excited to learn about this place that I immediately visited on my lunch break. I've been working hard in finding more sustainable options. They sell things like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothpaste and household cleaning products as refills. They also sell different kinds of glass jars if you need them. I purchased the lavender conditioner, toothpaste, mouth wash and toilet bombs and cannot wait to try them out and simple refill them when empty. I definitely recommend this store!

The offerings here are adorable, but 90% of the things are quite overpriced. The owner greeted us when we came in, which we appreciated. However, things went downhill from there. A solid 60% of items weren't marked with a price. As we were browsing, the owner came over to check on us (ok, fine, a quick "how's it going, anything I can help with?" is always appreciated, but that didn't happen). She asked where we were from and when my mom and almost 90 year old grandmother said they lived in town (I'm from out of state), she went off on them and literally shamed them

Expensive, most prices are not marked so you have to find the owner to find out how much things cost and it seems like she just makes up the price on the fly.
The owner is pushy and rude.
Store is cluttered and dusty.
The much hyped tomato pie was inedible, I don't know if it was spoiled or was suppose to taste like that

Jackie and her mom have the sweetest souls. Their mission to bring environmentally friendly products into your home is strong. They have a variety of products for anyone, at any stage of life. If you have no experience using more sustainable products, there is still something for you! Amazing gifts and home essentials that I always go back for.

An absolutely adorable market place in the quaint town of Emmaus. Local, ethically sourced goods for fair prices. I came and got a bunch of Christmas gifts before the holidays that I felt GREAT about giving to my loved ones. From baby swaddles to lovely scented candles, to reusable bags and cute compost bins, this shop has a host of great options for gifts (or for yourself!). I will be back as soon as possible and have told my friends and family about this shop. An absolute must-go-to shop!

This place is definitely unique with offerings of fresh vegetables, beautiful flowering baskets, yard art, wine, and lots of varieties of gifts. On top of all this, the owner also offers a sit down, relaxing place to grab a homemade sandwich, salad or soup. Sitting at kitchen tables with antique table decor, you almost feel like you are in your grandmother's kitchen once again.
My husband and I like to stop in here for lunch after church on Sundays. Today, once again, we were not disappointed with the quality and flavor of food.
He ordered the quiche with a side of homemade potato salad

I have had the privilege of discovering a true side road GEM! Jennifer and her Farmers Daughter store. If you can walk in and not walk out with something either some of the home made soups, pastry, or a nick nack, bottle of their exclusive marketed wines ( try the Penitentiary Red) complete with handcuffs I would be amazed!
If you need a gift or just want something for yourself or home stop here. Why buy junk at WallyMart??? Buy local support local businesses and we all win. Bentonville and Peking don't need our money.
I have been there twice in the last month and not walked our empty

I visited this cute and local place with my mother-in-law, my sisters-in-law and my husbands grandmother. We were treated very very well. I felt like I was sitting in an old Iowa farm house and having lunch with my friends. We probably could have stayed forever. I wish I would have had more time to look around!

Stopped in after a recommendation from a friend about the produce and local wine. The place felt just like my grandmothers farm to be honest. Even had a dog chillaxin out front!
When we got there everyone was very helpful and super friendly. I can't speak to the food but everything else was awesome. Had a great conversation with the owner while I looked around at all the stuff she had there. I did not honestly know that goats milk made good soap but I'm game for just about anything so I may try it next time. The strawberries and tomatoes totally lived up to the hype. My twins

Country decor is way over done and out of vogue. Way too many trinkets making it difficult to move around and shop. The food is very good and tasty but limited in selection. Coffee could be a draw but is average at best. There is not any focus on what they want to be. Selling a little of every thing from antique country, fresh veggies, bakery, jewelry, etc. Pricing is more in line with Chicago, this is Cedar Rapids folks.

I had high expectations for a place situated on it's own farm- hoping the food would be about- the food. The menu is simple and quaint- soups and sandwiches- but I wish there was more connection to where the ingredients are coming from?
The desserts were wrapped in cellophane and I am one of those with amazing tastebud power that can taste the plastic in food- and they did have an after taste of one of America's favorite petroleum products.
The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming and I did feel like we could've hung out there and made some friends whilst working a crafty craft
