I was treated very unprofessionally by Laura and the owner Deirdre. My son had gone in for the Hocatt Machine treatment and was zapped strongly and felt Laura turn the machine up too quickly. Instead of listening to me and being understanding of what I was saying; she took offense and accused me of jumping down her throat and told me to never come back. The purpose of my call was to bring this to her attention so if I could talk my son into returning, so she would be more careful. Most health care professionals will listen to your concerns and talk with you and try to do whatever they can to
