I absolutely LOVE The Eye Gallery!! I've been coming here since 2015, and I will never go to another eye glass boutique as long as I am here in Houston. The customer service is stellar! Everyone at both locations (River Oaks & Post Oak) are knowledgeable and they always help me choose a frame that fits my style perfectly! The turnaround time for receiving my frames/lenses is always timely and the quality of their product is much better than what I've seen in all of Houston. These people are not experts, and I would never trust them with my glasses. They falsely claimed the hinges were defective and not secure on my sunglasses, and I have certified experts that proved otherwise. The hinges literally lock into place when you wear the sunglasses, and these people should be ashamed of themselves for suggesting otherwise.

This shop is listed under places places that take VSP insurance. It does NOT take VSP insurance and that is the SOLE reason for the negative review. I can't review the place, but wish I could go there for my glasses and lenses. This could be Yahoo's error in miscategorizing this place. Always call before you go.

Eye Gallery has the best combination of selection and service. Christina has great taste and can pick out frames that best suit your face and style. In addition, there is a optometrist in the same building. She has new technology so you dont have to dilate your eyes. She is very detailed.
