Tailored sessions help children achieve expressive and receptive language milestones in natural, engaging environments.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy develops fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills for children using evidence-based techniques like sensory integration and constraint-induced movement therapy. Sessions target handwriting, dressing, and coordination challenges to improve daily living independence.
Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy enhances gross motor skills through exercises addressing balance, core strength, and mobility challenges like torticollis or toe walking. Licensed therapists use neurodevelopmental techniques to improve movement patterns and functional independence.

My son has received speech therapy as well as aquatic therapy from Tri-County and we couldnt be happier. The therapist are very geniuine. They work hard to insure you get therapy covered by insurance without a hassle. I love they have multiple facilities as well. We go to the West ashley location and my son LOVES the gym area that he gets to play in after speech as a reward.

I have 2 kiddos with ASD and have been coming here for almost 3 years. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. The office is always very friendly and will bend over backwards to try to find a schedule that works for you. I even had a therapist move their lunch hour to be able to accommodate my schedule. The therapists are amazing with children and have helped my kids progress so much! They give a progress report after each session and give suggestions about what to do at home to further the progress. They are very engaged and treat each child like they are the only child that
