Our caregivers are top quality, professionally attired private caregivers. We can provide assistance with all activities of daily living, ie., bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and errands (beauty shop, bank, grocery store, senior center, pharmacy, doctor appointments) or, just a Kind Companion to help one feel safe and secure.

The Kind Companions Registry is an intermediary between the client and caregiver. You, the client, are in charge.

Kimberly Truax is an Assisted Living Manager certified by the state of Texas and a former state-certified nursing assistant. She has more than 20 years of experience and an extensive background in caring for seniors from personal care to the promotion of wellness through assisted living.
Through many years of her work, individually, and with one of the nation's leaders in senior living, she has developed a genuine love, respect and enthusiasm for seniors.Her grandmother, affectionately known as 'Maw Maw' was the inspiration for Kind Companions (pictured left.) Kimberly has built a team that is committed to creating a higher quality of living for seniors in Denton, Collin and Dallas counties.

The caregiver provides peace of mind and lets us know we can live our lives with comfort. The caregiver is dependable to do what I need and she is very pro-active and anticipates my needs. Having a companion for my mother provides peace of mind for all of us. Our caregivers have been highly personable and almost feel as though they are family.
